WELCOME TO ICMARI-2027

2nd International Conference on Multidisciplinary Applied Research and Innovation (ICMARI-2027) is a distinguished academic gathering designed to provide an exceptional platform for academicians, researchers, engineers, industry professionals, and emerging scholars worldwide to present and exchange their research contributions with leading global experts. The conference will be hosted at the SSGARI Conference Auditorium, Jeddah, from 2nd – 4th February 2027.

The primary objective of ICMARI-2027 is to foster intellectual exchange by enabling participants from diverse regions to share their ideas, insights, and experiences directly with peers and experts. Beyond scholarly dialogue, the conference aims to facilitate the establishment of research and professional networks, encourage business collaborations, and promote international linkages that may serve as a foundation for future academic and career advancements. 

It is anticipated that the deliberations and outcomes of ICMARI-2027 will make significant contributions to the global knowledge base, particularly within the contemporary scientific domains encompassed by its scope. The organizers are committed to ensuring that this event not only advances multidisciplinary research but also inspires innovation and collaboration across borders.

  Note:

  • The visa will be valid for 28 days. As part of this, ICMARI-2027 will provide accommodation and logistics for 4 nights and 5 days in Jeddah, along with 1 night in Makkah. Participants who wish to extend their stay beyond this period may do so at their own expense.
  • The registration fee does not include the cost of air tickets. ICMARI-2027, through its Travel Partner Airlines, will arrange confirmed tickets at a discount of up to 30% (subject to route and seat availability). Alternatively, participants may choose to purchase their tickets independently.

Presentation Formats

Virtual Presentation

A virtual presentation option is available for participants unable to attend the conference in person due to teaching or research commitments. This format allows presenters to submit papers for refereeing and publication in the journals under the same conditions as regular submissions. Virtual presentations will be conducted on the third day of the conference via Google Meet.

Oral Presentation

ICMARI-2027 Oral Presentation Program allocates a total duration of 15 minutes for each presentation, followed by a 3-minute session dedicated to questions and answers. All presentations must be prepared exclusively in Microsoft PowerPoint format and saved on a blank USB drive. Participants are required to upload their presentation slides in the Preview Room no later than one hour prior to their scheduled presentation time.

Poster Presentation

A poster presentation represents a scholarly method of disseminating research findings or demonstrating comprehension of a specific topic in a concise and visually structured format. It typically comprises two components: the poster itself and a brief oral explanation, generally not exceeding two minutes. Effective poster presentations require the presenter to analyze and evaluate information, synthesize key ideas, and creatively illustrate both their understanding of the subject matter and the outcomes of their research.

Conference Tracks

The opening day of the conference, scheduled for 02 February 2027, will be devoted to the inaugural ceremony, keynote addresses, and the presentation sessions of researchers in the fields of Social Sciences and Business.
The second day of the conference, scheduled for 03 February 2027, will commence with the daily opening ceremony, followed by keynote addresses and parallel presentation sessions delivered by researchers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). These sessions will be conducted in separately designated buildings and halls to facilitate discipline-specific engagement.
The third day of the conference, scheduled for 04 February 2027, will encompass both the daily opening and closing ceremonies, in addition to a series of keynote addresses. The program will further include parallel virtual presentation sessions across all academic disciplines, conducted in separately designated halls. These sessions will be subject to evaluation by domain-specific experts, thereby ensuring rigorous scholarly assessment.
